Description

The idea was formed of producing a book inspired by design styles and features of the Abbey.
There are many different types of Lace that have been devised by Lacemakers with differing levels of experience. The pattern include Torchon Lace, Bedfordshire, Bucks Point Ground, Russian, Milanese, Needle lace and Tatting.
It is not a teaching book so some lace making experience is needed, or you can refer to other publications for detailed technical instruction. There are 22 patterns with clear diagrams and pictures of the finished items.
There is something there for the novice Lacemaker as well as the skilled.
