The following are the terms and conditions that we must legally advise you of and which will apply to your order(s) and govern the contract for sale that we enter into with you.
On Placing an Order:
Each order, verbal, written or electronic will be regarded as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Terms & Conditions. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Goods and services are subject to availability. Where we state a delivery date for an item that is not available from stock, the date is provided by the manufacturer and given with “best intent” and should be regarded as approximate.
We are unable to accept any claim resulting from either our inability to supply goods and services requested and ordered or to supply within a time scale that has been given verbally or in writing.
Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right not to accept your order without providing an explanation for our action. Any monies received in respect of such orders will be reimbursed.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made in accordance with our published Delivery Policy.
Prices:
What you see in our price list or Online Shop is the price which you will pay. We do not apply small order or special packaging surcharges other than for overseas deliveries.
The price of the goods will be those prevailing at the time of order. We reserve the right to amend our online shop prices without notice.
All prices are inclusive of packaging and VAT and are quoted in pounds sterling £ GB.
Overseas Orders:
Orders originating from non UK customers and customers resident post code JY Jersey, GY Guernsey are not subject to VAT
Credit for the VAT element of a price, where appropriate (currently 16.67% of the VAT inclusive price), will be made via the sales invoice to customers who are resident outside the UK and where the goods are the goods are consigned to a non UK address.
Each shipment will be accompanied by CN22 Customs declaration.
Any duty payable, customs clearance or handling costs applied on entry to the customers country of residence are the responsibility of the customer.
Dependent upon your order and the chosen method of transit, special packaging may be required for which a charge may be made.

Payment:
We are pleased to receive payment by means of a draft drawn on a UK Bank, major credit or debit cards subject to the limits imposed by the provider and via PayPal for internet purchases.
We regret that we are unable to provide credit facilities and all payments must be cleared prior to the despatch of goods.

The cookie will allow the website to function properly and does not provide access to your personal data. Should cookies not be accepted you may not be able to use the website ordering facility.
Image/Colour:
Whist every care has been taken to ensure the highest standard of reproduction of images contained within our website and shop they should be considered as representative rather than exact due to the inconsistencies created by the browser or the device by which they are viewed.
It is recommended that when ordering threads that you anticipate your requirement and order sufficient to complete your project enabling us to supply thread from the same dye batch.
Advice and Guidance:
We are happy to provide to our customers product advice and usage guidance. This is provided in good faith and the decision to purchase or use product for a specific application is the ultimate responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept responsibility for the consequence of any use or miss-use.
General:
The contract between us will be governed by English Law and any dispute exclusively resolved within the English judicial system.
We reserve the right to change our prices, specifications, terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice to you.
The content and images within our website are for the personal use of customers, their reproduction or use is not permitted without our written consent.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
